Arrow's Cels - One of the best Akazukin Chacha galleries around. Half the time, I know when Arrow's updates are coming before she even does them. That's just how this small world of Chacha collecting is.
Kizu's Animation Cel & Sketch - Kizu's fantastic gallery. One of my very favorite galleries and let me tell you, you won't find a nicer cel collector than Kizu.
